Fully understand the client’s vision, both for the event and for their brand or themselves as an individual
Determine a set of deliverables and performance area that would mean the event was a success to the client
Create a set of strategies that allow us to deliver on these goals and meet the vision of the client
Execute these strategies flawlessly and adapt to rising circumstances to make sure the event is a success
Take stock of how everything is going and use the feedback to improve as the event progresses and with future clients
